Payne's was able to acquire the new unit and it was installed in two days with a rain forecast. Service reps were not only thorough but also great at communicating throughout the process. "I recently hired Payne's Air Conditioning and Heating to remove an old AC unit and replace it with a new one. This father (Bob) and son (Chris) team, and their associate (Grant) did a great job! They are very knowledgeable in their field, and provided me with plenty of information so I could make an informed decision. They are professional and at the same time, a pleasure to deal with. I will rely on them from now on for all my AC issues. I strongly recommend them."
