The company was established by Robert Payne and today he runs the business with his son, Christian Payne. Payne's is a family-owned and operated company serving the local community where Robert and his son both grew up in. Robert also is a trusted Deacon at the local Lakeview Baptist Church where his mother also attended faithfully.

Built on a lot of hard work, integrity, and strong community values, the company was established by Robert Payne, a life-long resident of the Tallahassee area who has dedicated decades to helping local families and businesses year-round.

Robert Payne is not only a trusted HVAC professional, but also a well-respected deacon at Lakeview Baptist Church, where faith, service, and community remain the core of his life and business values.
